The following health information is collected and stored locally on your device only:

We may collect limited technical information to improve the App:

All your health data is processed locally on your device to:

Anonymous technical data helps us:

4.1 Local Storage

Your health data is stored using your device's secure local storage systems:

• iOS: Core Data with device encryption
• Android: SQLite with Android Keystore protection
• Data is protected by your device's security (passcode, biometrics)

4.2 No Cloud Storage

We do not store your health data on any servers or cloud services. Your information never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.

4.3 Data Backups

Your data may be included in device backups (iCloud, Google Backup). These backups are managed by Apple or Google according to their privacy policies, not ours.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

5.1 No Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal health data to third parties. Since your data stays on your device, we don't have access to share it.

5.2 User-Initiated Sharing

You may choose to:

• Export your data to share with healthcare providers

• Share screenshots or summaries with others

These actions are entirely under your control and initiated by you.

5.3 Legal Requirements

Since we don't collect your health data on our servers, we cannot be compelled to disclose information we don't possess. Anonymous technical data might be disclosed only if required by law.

6.2 Camera and Photo Library

The App requests access to your camera and photo library to:

• Select existing photos from your library

Photos are processed and stored locally on your device only.

• Delete specific entries or all data
• Uninstall the App to remove all data

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information immediately.

Since all data processing occurs locally on your device, international data transfer regulations typically don't apply. However, if you're in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and erasure.
